Relationships are important. God created us to be in relationships, and He works in our lives through them. Our relationships at home, at work, and with our communities are far from perfect. But God, in His divine wisdom, provided a blueprint in how we are to relate with others: in submission and reverence to Christ (Ephesians 5:21).
Despite the physical distance, we can still build strong relationships with those around us. And this is possible through our relationship with Christ, which affects the way we treat and relate with others. Because of Christ, we can experience lasting, thriving, and fulfilling relationships, where we do and share life together.
For the next three weeks, we will be looking at Paul’s letter to the Ephesians to know how our relationship with Christ helps us relate with others the way God intended. Join us as we learn more about these topics for our upcoming series:
- Week 1: Husband and Wife (June 13)
- Week 2: Parents and Children (June 20)
- Week 3: Employer and Employees (June 27)
Let us continue to pray and fight for our relationships, and spur one another to grow in our relationship with Christ and with each other!
