We are now in Silang, Cavite!

We are now in Silang, Cavite!

We officially launched our church in Silang, Cavite last February 24, 2019! Victory Silang now holds worship services every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. inside the Acacia Hall of Garden Gazebo Events Place in Silang, Cavite.

Here is how our 97th provincial church began.

It all started with a vision from one of our former campus missionaries. The vision was that every municipality along the stretch of Aguinaldo Highway would have a Victory church. This vision was soon followed by yet another vision from one of our pastors about thousands of high school students praising God in that part of Cavite.

In 2017, one of our lead pastors from Victory Tagaytay started holding Victory group meetings with married couples in Silang. After a year, he was called back to Tagaytay so another leader was tapped to handle the church plant.

In April 2018, our church planter, along with our leaders and campus missionaries in Silang started meeting with the students on nearby campuses. They found out that the bulk of campuses in Cavite are actually in Silang, so they engaged the students through different sports activities—which caused more and more students to join. Eventually, the students participating in the activities started inviting not just their classmates and friends but even their parents.

At first, our Victory groups and worship services in Silang would meet at coffee shops and fast food chains—until God provided and gave them a temporary “home” at an events place there. It is an open space, and most of the time, celebrations would coincide with our worship services, but those conditions did not prevent the people from praising and worshipping God.

In August 2018, Victory Silang launched its first worship service at the Garden Gazebo Events Place, where roughly 150-180 people attended. Aside from their weekly Sunday worship services, their activities for students continue to inspire them to lead lives that are pleasing to the Lord.

This year, Victory Silang is praying and believing God for a permanent facility in the area, where they can invite more people to hear the gospel and grow more in faith.

Together, let us continue to pray for Silang and our growing church in this municipality!

We are now in Tejero at Cavite!

We are now in Tejero at Cavite!

We are launching our services at Tejero this Sunday (July 8) at  10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in Cinema 6 of Robinsons General Trias! After months of prayer and preparation, God has given us a greater opportunity to reach out to the province of Cavite.

Since November last year, families from our church in Bacoor started to meet in Tejero to bring the gospel and engage the community in the southern part of Cavite. From fifty people, the church grew to over 200 in less than a year. We thank God for opening doors for us to reach out to the people in Tejero and build a church community there.

Let’s continue to pray for Tejero and believe that God will use His people to be salt and light!

Victory Launches New Carmona Church

Victory Launches New Carmona Church

Last June 12, Sunday, we witnessed the grand launch of a new church plant in the province of Cavite: Victory Carmona.

Our 74th Victory provincial church officially launched on the third floor of the 88 Building, located in Barangay Maduya, Carmona. It will have its regular weekly services every Sunday at 10:30 am.

Scouting for the church’s venue began last year with the team of Pastor Noel Bibat at its helm. By God’s grace, they were able to secure a location last June 2015. Conveniently located along the busy thoroughfare of Governor’s Drive, the 88 Building is accessible and easily identifiable to many Carmona residents. Restaurants, banks, shops, and service centers can be found in the building, attracting a lot of customers and passersby to the venue. Because of its easily identifiable location and the numerous establishments in the area, Victory Carmona is situated at a place that makes it easy to engage and invite people to the church.

Let us continue to pray for open doors and open hearts, so that more disciples and leaders will be raised for God’s glory. Together, let us intercede for this new church plant’s leadership team, volunteers and staff as they continue to advance God’s kingdom in this part of the Philippines.

Victory to launch new Carmona church, holds first Las Piñas service

This Sunday, June 12, join us as we celebrate the grand launch of our 74th Victory provincial church, Victory Carmona!

Carmona is an urban municipality in the province of Cavite. With a population of 97,557 people, it is bounded on the north, east, and south by the city of Biñan, Laguna, Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez (GMA) on the north-west, and Silang on the south-west.

A team led by Pastor Noel Bibat started scouting last year for good locations, and by June 2015, we decided on our new home on the third floor of the 88 Building in Barangay Maduya. The 88 Building is home to many restaurants, banks, shops, and service centers, which attract a lot of customers and passersby to the venue. With the numerous establishments based in the area, Carmona is a great place to reach out to and engage people.

Less than a year from the start of construction, we will witness God’s faithfulness as Victory Carmona officially launches this Sunday, June 12, 10:30 am at the 88 Building.

We are also excited for Victory Las Piñas, which held its first worship services last Sunday, June 5, at 9am and 11am. Led by Pastor Sonny Oaman, these worship services serve as an introduction to our newest location in Southern Metro Manila. Scouting for the church’s location started last year; it took a while, but God provided a venue that was accessible and familiar to the public: SM Southmall, located along the busy Alabang-Zapote road. The next worship services will be held on July 3 and 17, at Cinema 6 of SM Southmall.

Please join us in prayer as we honor God and make disciples in Carmona and Las Piñas. Let us believe God for open doors to families, campuses, and businesses, that more Filipinos in this city would come to have a relationship with Jesus.

Beyond the Expected: Victory Molino

Beyond the Expected: Victory Molino

Our Cavite churches are growing in numbers! After Victory Trece Martires, join us on Sunday, September 25, as we welcome another Victory church in the province of Cavite: Victory Molino!

Small beginnings
Efforts for Victory Molino began in 2007, when a church planting team from Victory Bacoor was sent to engage with the locals in this mostly residential area. Since then, thirty-four Victory groups now meet in different houses in this municipality, all inviting their family members and friends to take part in having a relationship with Jesus.

Their services are currently being held in the Masaito Building, right in the heart of the city. Just nearby are two campuses: Perpetual College and the State Fields High School.

Going beyond the expected
While their members were raising funds for Victory Molino’s center, their story of generosity was encouraging. “People gave more than enough,” Pastor Noel Bibat recounts. As a result, they were able to exceed their financial goal. “God used people to help give (to our facility). Truly, as we step out in faith, God’s provision comes!”

Pastor Noel also excitedly shared how their church plant grew to 200 members in two months, with their facility holding two services every Sunday at the Masaito Building along Molino Road.

Join us on Sunday, September 25, as we celebrate the official launch of Victory Molino! Invite your family and friends, too!

New Church Plant: Victory Trece Martires

New Church Plant: Victory Trece Martires

People started meeting in Victory groups in June 2010 in various locations in Trece Martires, the capital city of Cavite. More than forty men and women are now going through ONE 2 ONE and being trained to make disciples.

Our local churches in Cavite (Bacoor, Dasmariñas, and Imus) have collaborated to reach this area. In fact, the church planting team has made efforts to reach different age groups. Just last May, they set up a medical mission to help the citizens of Trece Martires.

Victory Trece Martires will be holding their services inside the Colegio de Amore campus, home to elementary, high school, and college-level students. The leadership team is also targeting other schools such as the Cavite State University, Trece Martires City Colleges, and Lyceum of the Philippines.

Pray with us as we reach out to the heart of Cavite! Ask God for more families, students, and young professionals would come to have a relationship with Jesus. Pray also that this fresh church plant would not just grow in numbers, but in their relationship with God as well.

See you at Colegio de Amore this Sunday, September 11, at 10 AM! Bring your family and friends to join us, too!

Bigyan natin ng dangal ang Diyos at paramihin ang disipulo Niya sa Trece Martires!
