An opportunity to bless communities in Doña Petra and Barangay Tumana in Marikina started in 2017 through a Victory group that conducted tutorial classes at Nangka Elementary School. Since then, through the help of the staff and volunteers from Victory Metro East, we have been conducting values formation classes, distributing relief goods, giving Noche Buena Packages, and holding vacation Bible classes, along with other events in the city. Because of these initiatives, more people came to know God through Victory groups.
