develop leaders through small group ministry.
All Victory group leaders must be full of FAITH—faithful, available, involved,
teachable, and hungry.

2. Why is it important to empower people to lead even before they’re completely ready?
3. Why is each aspect of FAITH important? What will happen if one of these is missing?
4. Which aspect of FAITH do you need to grow more in? Who can you ask for help in that area? Set a time and place to meet with him or her.
5. Who can you identify as an intern in your Victory group?
