One of our Metro East church members who works in the Department of Social Welfare and Development felt the burden to be used by God to reach her community. She invited other Victory group leaders to serve those under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program by visiting their homes, praying for them, and discipling them. Their heart is to establish more Victory groups, teach children, and bless the community.
