In fact, people have attested experiencing greater appreciation for the Bible and understanding better their relationship with God when they put into action what they have learned from this guidebook.

So whether you are a long-time Christian, or someone who have just decided to know more about God, grab a copy of The Purple Book and join those who have found help in understanding God and His ways more through this book.

International Media and Publishing Company, Zondervan, has also started publishing The Purple Book since July 2006. The 128-page manual is now widely distributed in the United States and is now produced and translated in more languages to cater to a wider audience.

Trivia:
The original cover artwork had architectural drawings and was done in a blueprint-like rendition. However, when the first 5,000 copies were delivered, the color of the cover turned out to be purple – not blue.

Rather than throwing it away, the books were accepted at a huge discounted price. As years went by, people started referring to its distinct quality and started calling the manual as, “The Purple Book.” So, nine years and several translations later, it is now officially called The Purple Book.
